There’s no doubt in my mind now that 2012 is shaping up to be quite the year already. We have had all the Mayan prophesies and solar hiccups that any one planet could endure, with a dash of global revolution to boot. This year has all the bases covered so far, and we’re just getting started. Hold on to your seats (and all the resources that you can that might aid in survival – can’t hurt) and get ready to start wanting to read your daily horoscope.
As many predictions have been made about Earth changes, one has to wonder if the poles really might be shifting. There have been an increasing number of abnormal earthquakes and other strange weather phenomena. Mount Etna in Italy, which also happens to be the first paroxysmal (or Vulcanian) eruption for 2012, has recently woken up to join volcanoes around the world in greeting the New Year.
Perhaps that’s why there have been an increasing number of UFO sightings around the little blue planet we call home. There was a mass sighting in Hawaii on New Year’s Eve and the sightings continue to grow all around the world. Now that science has proven there is life in space from meteors and other space rocks that have been studied, maybe the age-old question, “Are we alone in the universe?” will finally be revealed to the masses as a resounding “No!” I am of the opinion that the universe is just too vast for us to be the only intelligent beings. Perhaps 2012 will be the year humans will be united with other beings from the solar system. I certainly think we could use a little guidance from outside our planet.
